“Terre de Pierres” is a cuvée of Grenache Noir, Carignan, Mourvedre and Syrah. Half of this wine was stored for about 2 years in 300 and 500 Litre French oak wood barrels and the other half in a concrete tank. The grapes are coming from vines which are 50 years old on average. The yield of these vines is about 25 hectolitres per hectare. The wines have a wonderful bouquet of cassis, blackberries, liquorice, tobacco, cloves, pepper, truffles, leather, chocolate, almonds and violets. In the mouth the wine is strong and full-bodied, but with soft tannins. It has a lot of fruit and a juicy bite, nice notes of wood, very elegant and a long finish
