La Clape ist one of the hottest regions of France.
In the summer the thermometer can rise up to 49 degree. Approximately 3000 hours of sunshine at 300 days a year demonstrate the power and potential contained in our wines. The continuity of the climatic conditions allows a grape ripening till late-October - depending on the grape varieties - generating optimum outcomes.
The grape ripening is being favoured by the rising morning humidity coming from the salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea and the refrigerant effect from the wind, blowing on an average 286 days a year.
